We are currently seeking an Account Manager to join our Direct Sales, Building Automation team in our Hong Kong office. Reporting to the Senior Sales Supervisor, you will impact the company's growth by effectively managing and growing key accounts, driving revenue growth, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Your ability to build strong relationships with customers, identify new business opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions will strengthen the company's market position and drive long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for customer relationships.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
Key Experience & Capabilities:
• 3+ years of experience in account management or sales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth.
• Strong knowledge of building automation solutions and technologies.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Fresh graduates are welcome
