The Student Handbook contains provisions which empower the University to terminate a student's study and/or to withhold his/her testimonials and academic transcripts and the conferment of awards on account of non-settlement of outstanding fees and charges which include hostel and associated charges.
In line with the principle recently adopted by the Sub-Committee on Tuition
Fees, penalties for over-due hostel and associated charges may be levied at about 2% of the amounts
outstanding per billing cycle, to be billed together with other outstanding student fees and charges, if
any.
