This training workshop for the library staff aimed to educate them the difficulties of students with disabilities on campus, the importance and the methods of assisting them.

The staff were so willing to learn that at least one of them asked the speaker question. Others were silently listening to the question and waiting for the response. 職員都很積整學習。有至少一位職員向講者發問，而其他人則安靜地聆聽問題和等待講者回答。
