Horticultural Therapy Workshop

“Horticultural Therapy Workshop” was an experiential workshop to provide a formal practice that used plants and horticultural activities to promote cognitive, physical, social and emotional well-being of its participants. Through learning and observing the growth and attributes of plants, the sensation of the participants could be stimulated and thus reaching the goal of having a positive mentality.
