Dr. Jin-Soo Kim shares expert insight on El Niño's Impact on Hong Kong’s Weather

During the interview, Dr. Kim also provided valuable tips for Hong Kong residents on how to cope with the “heat stress at work warning.” Dr. Kim’s research team has been studying the recent heat waves in Hong Kong and found that they were accompanied by higher humidity, a trend that is expected to worsen in the future. Dr. Kim recommended further research on humidity perspectives, such as the wet-bulb temperature, to better understand and prepare for the impact of heat and humidity on Hong Kong's weather patterns.
