研究方向
Our proposed research is in the area of Web Services. Web services technology is the next stage in distibuted computing. It is expected to affect organizations’ information strategy profoundly. Web services are based on open standards and promote a modular approach to programming. Web services can significantly reduce the costs of enterprise application integration and B2B communications. Grid-based web services will enable computing in a more general and capacious way. Furthermore, wireless communications enable users to communicate and access web services anywhere anytime. Once efficient mobile and wireless communications are integrated with grid based web services, the next generations web services systems can be formulated.
互联网服务项目的研究方向包括：语义Web与语义网格的研究、网格环境下的Web服务及应用研究以及无线网格及应用研究。该项目的主要目标是培养出一批高水平的Web服务与应用的研究开发人才，建立一支国内一流、国际知名计算机Web服务技术的科研队伍。
