We would like to congratulate Theethawat Uea-Anuwong, member of the OHRP Center and PhD student at CityU Department of Infectious Diseases and Public Health (PH) for having completed his PhD studies this August, 2025. He successfully defended his thesis titled "Antimicrobial resistance and zoonotic infectious diseases in Rattus spp. from different ecological areas of Hong Kong" on November 6, 2024 which was approved on August 8, 2025. His supervisors are Dr. Ioannis Magouras and Prof. Dirk Pfeiffer.
