Shaping the Future

The scope of the College of Engineering (CENG) encompasses transformational research and teaching areas as diverse as computer science; civil/ electronic/ biomedical/ systems/ mechanical engineering; materials science; and architecture and building technology.
The college has eight focused academic departments: Department of Advanced Design and Systems Engineering (ADSE), Department of Architecture and Civil Engineering (ACE), Department of Biomedical Engineering (BME), Department of Computer Science (CS), Department of Electrical Engineering (EE), Department of Materials Science and Engineering (MSE), Department of Mechanical Engineering (MNE), and Division of Building Science and Technology (BST). Together, they cover a vibrant spectrum of engineering fields and promote academic synergy and communication within the college.

Admission with undeclared major: For year one normative 4-year degree students admitted with an undeclared major under a department, they will be required to declare their majors by the end of the first academic year.
