CerebralCare

An AI platform for automated state sequencing of brain disorders

CerebralCare is a neuroscience project focused on automated state sequencing to represent brain disorder states. Leveraging big data and AI, the team has developed a pipeline to recognize neural activity patterns in models of epilepsy using rodents and flies. This technology has broad applications, from biomarker discovery in basic research, to drug development (e.g., efficacy testing and dose optimization), and digital medicine for monitoring, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation. The system can be adapted to various neurological and psychiatric disorders, including depression and Alzheimer’s disease.
