Seminar: Testing Multipartite Nonlocality and Network Nonlocality Sharing

ABSTRACT

Following a concise overview of quantum nonlocality, we introduce a set of joint probability conditions for testing genuine multipartite nonlocality. This test is satisfied by all entangled symmetric multipartite qubit states. Subsequently, we generalize the approach to a family of Hardy-type tests, which can detect different degrees of nonlocality ranging from standard to genuine multipartite nonlocality. Finally, we investigate network nonlocality sharing in generalized star networks through bipartite Bell inequalities with multiple measurement settings.

BIOGRAPHY

Dr. Qing Chen is a Professor in the Department of Physics at Yunnan University. He received his Ph.D. in Modern Physics from the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC) in 2006. After completing postdoctoral research at USTC's Hefei National Laboratory for Physical Sciences at the Microscale, he served as a Research Fellow at the Centre for Quantum Technologies (CQT), National University of Singapore for six years prior to joining Yunnan University. His research focuses on quantum information theory and foundational aspects of quantum physics, with particular emphasis on quantum correlations.
