As Management Associate Program, which is a 24 to 30-month fast-track career development program, you’ll have the opportunity to gaining exposure in different areas during your rotation:

•6 months – Brand & Digital or Strategic Marketing
•12 months – Account Manager or Sales Engineer
•6 -12 months – Product Marketing & Projects

Upon successful completion of the program, you will have the opportunity to pursue a specialist role in your preferred streams in Sales, Marketing, or Engineering; or advancement to a management position for those with high potentials or even have the opportunities to work in regional projects or attend regional learning program.
