Job Description

Career Development:
• Experienced staff and Senior Management will be appointed as mentor to coach, share insights and provide
guidance
• Provide on the job training to gain hand-on experience to understand the business and operation
• Go through in-house/external training to nurture technical knowledge and soft skills
• Upon the trainee complete graduate trainee program successfully, the trainee will be offered a position which
match their interests and competence
Qualifications
• Recent graduates in Sciences, Fashion and Textile or other related disciplines with less than 2-year work
experience
• Initiative, organized, self-motivated and positive thinking
• Good team player, excellent interpersonal skills and energetic
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese

The Graduate Trainee Program is a custom-designed 2-year talent development program for all recent graduates which bring various opportunities to develop the most advanced knowledge & skills to map the path to success to become the pipeline of key positions. During 2-year journey, you would have chance to rotate in different functions in Chemical & Physical testing to develop your career. Job rotation will be at least for 6 months in each function to ensure trainee to gain hand-on experience.
