Our Hilti Outperformer - Business Track is a 24-month graduate program where you are involved in a range of rotations at local and international level. The rotations center around our customer-focused business approach, preparing you for a global leadership career. It is challenging and fast-paced, but we'll give you close coaching and mentoring. There are four primary work stages in the program:
12 months as an account manager in home country
3 months on an operational project in home country
6 months on a strategic project in regional headquarters
3 months on an international strategic project in another region
