• Assist the business analyst with gathering requirement from stakeholders and preparing business analysis documents for bridging the gap between IT and the business.
• Assist project rollouts and provide support including preparations support of quality assurance test plans and test cases.
• Analyses the data and attempts to find ways to improve efficiency of a business.
• Resolve any project related issues, including end-user training
• Attend client meetings and assist with consolidation of project requirements
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients to ensure delivery / implementation of the platforms / systems
