Job Duties:
• Perform measurement and estimation tasks
• Assist in Quantity Surveying (QS) duties, including payment processing and handling variations
• Support contract administration activities

Job Requirements
• Degree or above in Quantity Surveying
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and AutoCAD
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, energetic, and self-initiated team player with a strong sense of responsibility
