What this job involves 
Oversee all facilities management-related services at campus site, including fire, electricity, lift service, security system, air-conditioning, water supply, etc.
Plan and supervise the repair, maintenance, A&A and improvement works 
Prepare quotation specification and tender documents  Manage the performance of in-house labour and outsourced vendor 
Supervise technicians to carry out maintenance, preventive and operation works of campus facilities 
Handle and arrange emergency repair services 
Manage the renewal of statutory certificates and contracts 
Prepare reports on the status of facilities and equipment maintenance and repair activities
Interested?  An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications 

Desired experience and technical skills
Required 
Degree in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering / Facilities Management or a related discipline
Well versed in statutory requirements of building services and electrical systems and facilities management
Strong interpersonal, decision-making and people skills
Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and written in English and Chinese
Fresh graduates will be considered

Preferred 
Holder of Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card) 
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. 
Good communication skills 
Immediate availability is an advantage
