The end of inter-collegiate competitions and activities organised by The University Sports Federation of Hong Kong, China (USFHK) in April 2023 marks the beginning of another competition cycle for CityU Sports Teams. With the easing of anti-pandemic measures, the overseas sports training camps and exchanges for CityU Sports Teams were once again being made possible after nearly three years of suspension. During the semester break, the Rugby Teams, Women's Volleyball Team, Table Tennis Teams, Women's Soccer Team, Handball Teams, Badminton Teams and Women's Basketball Team completed their tough but fruitful trainings in various places such as Taipei, Thailand, and Slovakia respectively.
