Students will explore advertising in print, television, radio, online, social, and emerging media environments, gaining an understanding of the strategic, creative, and commercial considerations behind effective campaigns. Through contemporary case studies, industry examples, interactive discussions, and practical exercises, the course examines the role of advertising in influencing consumer behaviour and shaping brand perceptions. Students will also explore advertising within diverse social, cultural, and business contexts, developing critical perspectives on its impact and effectiveness. By the end of the course, students will be equipped with the knowledge and analytical skills needed to evaluate advertising strategies and understand their role in today's evolving media landscape. | ||||||||||
