Course Aims

Building on the knowledge base on construction contract discussed in CA3321, this course aims to examine the advanced and topical topics in construction contracting including dispute identifications, resolution methods, insurance, and professional negligence. The operation of construction contracts under the PRC Contract and Construction Law will also be introduced.

Min. Examination Passing Requirement: 30%
 

To pass the course, a student must obtain minimum marks of 30% in both coursework and examination components, and an overall mark of at least 40%.
