Course Aims
  1. This course aims to provide students with the skills of mediating and the knowledge of the principles and values of mediation.
  2. This course will further develop a student's ability to grasp the fundamental concepts with the ultimate goal of discovering how mediation functions from a practical stand point.

Continuous Assessment: 100%
 

Applicable to students admitted from Semester A 2022/23 to Summer Term 2024

Students must obtain a minimum mark of 50% in both written assignment and class participation, and an overall mark of 50% in order to pass the course.

Applicable to students admitted before Semester A 2022/23 and in Semester A 2024/25 & thereafter

Students must obtain a minimum mark of 40% in both written assignment and class participation, and an overall mark of 40% in order to pass the course.
