Course Aims | ||||||||
This course aims to review the law, policy and practice in relation to companies and other business organisations, with a focus on the principles of law governing the formation and operation of companies, the constitutional framework of corporate bodies and relationships among its internal stakeholders/structures and with external agencies, as well as theories and principles of corporate governance. | ||||||||
