Course Aims | ||||||||||
Applied Artificial Intelligence for Biomedical and Healthcare Applications is a university course designed to equip postgraduate students with the capability to apply artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms to biomedical and healthcare problems. It consists of 1) introduction to applied computational intelligence, overview and review of various areas of emerging technologies of computational intelligence systems (e.g., 2) neural networks, 3) fuzzy logic, 4) simulated annealing, 5) genetic algorithm, and 6) swarm intelligence), and 7) applications of intelligence systems in biomedical and healthcare domains. | ||||||||||
