Course Aims

The aims of this course are to:

  • introduce and assess basic theories of organizational development and change;
  • to acquaint students with the dymamics of change as applied to organizational culture and human behavior; and
  • to provide the skills and knowledge needed to implement organizational develop and change initiatives
