Course Aims | ||||||||||
The primary aim of this course is to provide an in-depth knowledge of planning of construction contracts. Almost all construction projects are governed by contract. Knowledge of the planning aspects of construction contracts will equip construction professionals to handle contract-related matters that senior managers are routinely involved. The course also aims at introducing a range of dispute handling methods. These include avoidance, negotiation, mediation and arbitration. | ||||||||||
