The inflatable pig on the cover of the Pink Floyd’s 1977 Animals has become a famous icon. Commissioned by the Pink Floyd, the pig was tethered above Battersea Power Station for the album cover photograph. It caused a further sensation when it broke loose and flew across the skies over London.
