For 4-year Bachelor’s Degree students admitted in 2025/26 with an undeclared major:

• declaring a home major

First day to apply for the following in Summer Term

• add/drop of non-web-enabled courses
• exceeding maximum study load

Last day to apply for the following in Summer Term:

• exceeding maximum study load
• withdrawal of studies, leave of absence & late drop of courses

Applications for Bachelor’s Degree students:

• change of home major
• add/drop of a second major
• add/drop of minors

• Release of Master Class Schedule for the academic year
• Release of students’ Personal Class Schedule for Semester A in AIMS

First day to apply for the following in Semester A:

• add/drop of non-web-enabed courses
• reduced study load/exceeding maximum study load

• Classes for Semester A begin
• Due date for Semester A’s tuition fees

Last day to submit the following applications in Semester A:

• reduced study load or exceeding maximum study load
• withdrawal of studies/leave of absence with no tuition fee charged
• late drop of courses with no tuition fee charged (applicable only to students charged on a per-credit-unit basis, subject to a minimum tuition fee equivalent to two credit units for the semester)

Note: The acceptance fee paid at the time of admission will not be refunded under any circumstances.

The following applications submitted during this period are subject to partial fees:

• 50% tuition fee charged for withdrawal of studies/leave of absence
• 50% tuition fee charged for late drop of courses (applicable only to students charged on a per-credit-unit basis, subject to a minimum tuition fee equivalent to two credit units for the semester)

Applications for Bachelor’s Degree students:

• change of home major
