Reprographic Services

We offer high-speed photocopying services, both in colour or black-and-white at low cost within a very short turnaround time. We have a range of offset printing machines as well as other print finishing facilities to provide full range of printing and photocopying as well as subsequent supporting services.

Digital Printing

If you want to photocopy a large quantity of documents within a short period, our Digital Printing Services is your right choice.
We have an array of machines, offering fast, low cost and high quantity and quality photocopying service. The machines accept both
hard and soft copies with excellent output quality.

Our black-and-white machines run at 135 pages per minute, while the colorcopiers are at 6 pages per minute. After photocopying, we have other machines for various print finishing requirements, such as stapling, collating and binding. We can arrange to insert your documents into envelopes, thus greatly reducing your working time.

We offer these excellent photocopying services because we have:

1.	Xerox DocuTech D6155 (all-in-one publishing center)
2.	Xerox DocuTech D5135 (2 sets) (backup machines)
3.	Xerox 2060 Color photocopier (output quality similar to offset printing product)

We use a range of computers including Macintosh G4 and PCs, and these workstations are connected to the campus network.
Together with a team of experienced staff, we are ready to serve every staff of the University.

Offset Printing

In our workshop, we have a full range of offset printing machines as well as other supporting tools.

We are dedicated to work as a 'One-stop Shop', starting from initial price estimation to final product delivery. If a job cannot be completed inhouse, we will arrange an outside partner to handle the task under our close supervision.

We handle the printing of leaflets, handbooks, pamphlets, bookmarks, conference proceedings, and many other kinds of printed matter. The University standard stationery items, such as name cards and letterheads, are also printed inhouse. We have a range of print finishing machines to support other job requirements such as collating, binding (perfect or thermal binding), stapling and drilling, trimming and folding.

We work in an efficient and cost effective manner. Our staff are very experienced and helpful; they will listen to your problems and offer solutions. If we cannot handle your job, we will assign an outside partner, but our staff will supervise the whole production process, ensuring both deadline and quality standards are met.

1.	HEIDELBERG GTO-52 Offset printing machine (A2 size, full color printing machine)
2.	AB Dick 9805 offset printing machine (A3 size, one-colour printing machine)
3.	HORIZON BQ-460SC book binder (machine used in binding of books and journals)
4.	HONIZON AC-1600 collator
5.	POLAR paper trimmer
6.	IBICO punching machine
7.	FRANCOTYP-POSTALIA Mailcentre (for bulk mailing and letter insertion)
