These issues have enormous impacts on the life of the human beings and their future. The course will explore some of the theoretical discussion regarding these issues, and provide a framework for analysis of world politics. People have different and conflicting views on these matters. The instructor will help the students to understand the relevant arguments from both sides of the controversy. Once a student understands these arguments and counterarguments, he/she will be able to form his/her own views. The purpose of the course is to enlarge the students’ vision of world politics and encourage the students to develop a genuine interest in global public affairs.
