Course Aims

This course aims to introduce participants various techniques in public speaking and communication so as they can effectively convey the intended messages to different stakeholders with a minimum negative impact or feeling. It develops participants with a systematic, logical, and professional approach in preparing, structuring, and delivering a high level speech or talk in their own professions.
