COSI arranged a series of cultural experience workshops for students, with instructors from different ethnic backgrounds introducing the traditions, arts and culture of their homeland. This provided a platform for students to get in touch with ethnic minorities and develop a better understanding of their lives in Hong Kong.

Ebru painting is a unique form of art in Turkey and is listed as part of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO. The artworks of some of the CityU students (COSI Student Ambassadors) are displayed and a demonstration of the painting process is showed in the video.
