About the Office

Professor Raymond Chan, as the Vice-President (Student Affairs), oversees the overall student affairs at the University, including student residence and student development services in areas of student life and resources, career advising, student leadership training, counselling services, sports and cultural programmes, and the administration of student scholarships and financial assistance schemes.

The Vice-President (Student Affairs) of City University of Hong Kong is assisted by Dean of Students, and oversees offices of Student Development Services (SDS), Student Residence Office (SRO) and Chinese Civilisation Centre (CCIV).
