Course Aims
This course aims to sharpen students’ comprehension ability in Putonghua and their interpretation skills and strengthen students’ discovering attitude through vigorous exercises of authentic texts in mainland settings. Their awareness of salient features in the comparison of Cantonese and Putonghua in terms of language and culture will be emphasized.
