We are pleased to invite submissions for a special call of Teaching Development Grants for “Flipped / Hybrid Classrooms” and “E-Course Exchange” proposals.
With the University’s successful implementation of the CityU-Learning since 2020, the special call invites innovative teaching approaches to further motivate student participation and maximize learning experience brought by the CityU-Learning. Proposals on “Flipped / Hybrid Classrooms” are expected to provide innovative approaches to encourage student participation within the new hybrid learning environment; and “E-Course Exchange” proposals are expected to provide innovative exchange opportunities through online courses.
The funding ceiling for each “Flipped / Hybrid Classrooms” and “E-Course Exchange” project is capped at HK$100,000 and HK$50,000 respectively. The project duration is up to 12 months, with a completion date no later than 31 May 2022. All regular full-time academic and teaching staff members including lecturers, teaching fellows and instructors are eligible to apply.
