Dr. Jiaman Wu joins the Department of Data Science at City University of Hong Kong as an Assistant Professor. She received her Ph.D. in Systems Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and completed her undergraduate and master’s studies at Wuhan University and Tsinghua University, respectively. She has also interned at DiDi Chuxing and the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL). Her research focuses on data-driven modeling and optimization of energy and transportation systems. She has published research in leading journals such as Applied Energy, IEEE Transactions on Smart Grid, and Cell Reports Sustainability.
