Hall lodging fee of residential year 2020/21 is payable in two instalments to cover the whole residential period. In general, the due date of the 1st instalment is in late September and the 2nd instalment is in mid January. For semester B intake students, the due date of the instalment is in mid January.

*For applicants who submitted the application between 31 July 2020 and 29 August 2020, the earliest check-in date is starting from 1 October 2020
Upon the announcement of application results, students have to pay a Confirmation Fee to indicate the acceptance of the offer by a specified deadline. The confirmation fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
No place will be reserved if you missed the payment deadline.
Student Residence offers shared double rooms and limited number of single rooms. Students will be normally assigned to double rooms. The small number of single rooms will be firstly assigned to those who have medical reasons or special needs with supporting documents enclosed in the completed application. The room assignment result will be announced 3 days before the residential period.
