Security

The 24 hours Security Office is located next to the vehicle entrance. The security of the residence community is supported by a professional team of security staff.

For upholding security in the Student Residence, hall premises are protected by closed circuit television (CCTV) system under strict guidelines.

Repair & Maintenance

Our Repair & Maintenance service are provided by outsourced contractor. You may like to have a look of this professional team.

Any damage to facilities in the common areas and in the student bedrooms must be reported immediately via AIMS.

Cleaning

All common areas including toilets/ showers, common rooms and lobbies will be cleaned by the cleaners.

Our existing cleaning services is delivered by Contractor. You may like to have a look of this professional team.

Cleaning of the toilet/shower between the student rooms is scheduled once a week. The schedule is posted on the notice board.

Residents are required to clean their own rooms. Cleaning utensils can be obtained from the closet inside each common room. Residents should put the rubbish in plastic bags, tie them up properly and place them at the collection points located at the backstairs of each student floor, where large rubbish bins are provided. Garbage should be disposed of properly to maintain a clean and pleasant environment.
