Professor Wang Jiangyu, Director of RCCL, discussed how business in Hong Kong would respond to the National Security Law for Hong Kong adopted by the National People’s Congress Standing Committee (NPCSC) on 30 June, in an interview with the Financial Times. He noted that further clarification and interpretation are need in the application and enforcement of the law in order to alleviate the unnecessary fear of uncertainty among the business community in Hong Kong.
