Fei Mengtian is a Postdoc at the School of Law, City University of Hong Kong. She obtained her PhD in law from the University of Hong Kong, LLM (research type) in Jurisprudence from the Fudan University, and LLB from the Fudan University. She has passed the National Judicial Examination of PRC.
