The CRF aims to encourage and support members to conduct collaborative research of a larger scale and/or greater impact.  Each application should comprise members of at least three institutions and be able to demonstrate its capability to take the research effort of SKLMP to a higher level.

It is anticipated that the results of the proposed studies would lead to publication(s) in top-tier journals (e.g. Nature series journals, PNAS, etc.) and/or submission of joint research proposals for CRF, TBRS, AoE or funding schemes of similar scale. Furthermore, recipients are expected to apply for major research funding in the Mainland, e.g. those from MOST and NSFC.

More information on the CRF and an electronic copy of the application form is available by email from Ms. May Ng (manwaing@cityu.edu.hk). The proposal submission deadline is October 31, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. (CST). Awards are expected to be announced on or around January 21, 2020.
