Regular PE Courses

Physical Education courses are offered regularly during Semester A and B.  They are catered for both beginners and improvers. Courses normally last for eight hours ranging from week 2 to week 9. Due to the pandemic condition, all PE Courses are subject to be postponed, cancelled or may result in changing the format of provision accordingly. In the event that the courses are to be cancelled, students will be informed via CAP message / i-Assessment/ Canvas in due course.

Health and Fitness:  Physical Fitness, Pilates Mat,  Tabata, Yoga Refreshing
Individual Sports:  Archery, Golf, Social Dance, Basic Mountain Craft
Martial Arts: Tai Chi Chuan (24 forms)
Racket Sports: Badminton, Squash, Table Tennis, Tennis
