About the Cultural and Sports Committee

Terms of Reference

1. To coordinate, foster and promote cultural and sports activities within the University.

2. To advise and make recommendations to the Vice-President (Student Affairs) on the resources required for planned cultural and sports activities of the University.

Constitution and Membership

Chairman Vice-President (Student Affairs)
Members Ex-Officio Member: Director (Student Development Services)
Maximum of 13 staff members appointed by the Chairman
1 full-time staff member appointed by the CityU Staff Association
2 student representatives nominated by the Students' Union
Secretary Administrative staff from the Student Development Services
(The term of office of the members shall be two years.)
