好心情 DIY 小組參照了認知行為療法大師 Dr. David Barlow 所編寫的整全認知行為情緒管理課程》“Unified Protocol”,綜合引致情緒困擾的個人因素,例如思想模式、處事習慣等,透過小組形式與同路人的分享和交流,一起學習管理情緒的技巧,改善持續被負面情緒困擾的問題。

With reference to the “Unified Protocol” written by Dr. David Barlow, the members in this cognitive behavioral therapy group will understand the common cognitive processes, maladaptive copings, etc., related to perpetuated negative emotions and will acquire the skills to improve emotional disturbance through mutual learning and sharing in a group.
