Peter Koo was formerly the Deloitte APAC Leader of IT and Special Assurances, he also led the China team to serve different multinational companies, providing internal audit, corporate governance risk and control consulting, financial technology and network security assurance, Transformation, Services such as digital, business and risk transformation; he had been the National Leader of Tech & Security Services during 2000~2014; and then, he started to lead the Hong Kong Fintech IMO group and developed Fintech related M&A and other Advisory service teams. Mr. Koo is enthusiastic in promoting the development of the industry. He is currently an advisor of Cyberport Advisory Panel, a member of the Advisory and Vetting Committee of the "Innovation and Technology Venture Fund" of the HKSAR's Innovation Technology Bureau, HK Trade Development Council ICT Advisory Committee member, the Convenor of Fintech Specialist Group of HK Computer Society, the Finance Director of the Greater Bay Area 5G Industry Alliance, Vice President of HK Guangzhou Innovation& Technology Association, and advisor/guest lecturer for several universities in HK and mainland.
Dr. Chung Kiu WONG, BBS, MH

Dr. C.K. Wong obtained his Ph.D. degree in Mathematics from the University of California, Berkeley. After teaching at the University of California, Davis for a short period of time, he moved to the private sector as a consultant. While serving as the Principal Architect in a State of California government data center, he received the Distinguished Services Award from the California Government for his contribution in complex information system design work.
Dr. Wong returned to Mainland China in 1982 and has served as consultant in a number of state-operated organizations. He contributed to the design and development of indigenous computers hardware and software in China in the 1980s. He returned to Hong Kong in 1987 and founded the first iASPEC company the following year.
Dr. Wong is a Distinguished Fellow of the Hong Kong Computer Society. He received the Medal of Honour and the Bronze Bauhinia Star from the HKSAR Government in 2014 and 2023 respectively.
Dr. Wong actively participates in public welfare and promotes educational reform and youth development. He currently holds several academic and government advisory positions, including Chairman of the Advisory Committee of the Chinese University of Hong Kong (Dept. of Information Engineering) and City University of Hong Kong (Dept. of Mathematics).

Dr. Felix Yip, an executive committee member and former President of the Hong Kong People Management Association, regards himself as a practitioner-scholar with over 27 years of enriched experience in Strategic and Operational Human Resource Management in multinational corporations with diversified industries in the Greater China Region. He then shifted to an academic teaching career at Hong Kong Baptist University as programme director for its two Undergraduate HRM Programmes in 2011 and started his part-time teaching role at the University after his retirement. He also commits to community services as a member of the Human Resource Management Cross-Industry Training Advisory Committee of Hong Kong Qualifications Framework under the Education Bureau of the HKSAR Government, a member of the Human Resources Committee of the Hang Seng University of Hong Kong, as well as a member of Group Retail Academic Advisory Committee of AS Watson Group of Companies.
