* Due to unseen circumstances, Professor Dennis Stanton will not be able to come to Hong Kong to conduct the Workshop. Instead Professor Jiang ZENG will lecture on combinatorial theory of orthogonal polynomials.

Professor Zeng's research is in the area of applications of combinatorics to special functions and q-series. He received his PhD from University of Strasbourg, France in 1988 and held positions at the Institue for Advanced Study (Princeton), University of Strasbourg, and University of Lyon I, France.
