Prof Way Kuo explored the most critical factor in managing crises related to societal health, from nuclear accidents to the outbreak COVID-19, and even bigger agenda of global environmental problems. At the end of the Talk, Prof Kuo also pointed out how university education can help to address the needs in tackling all these future challenges.
