Farm Engagement

There are currently 29 licensed poultry farms in Hong Kong. Since March 2019, the poultry team has been actively reaching out to farmers to introduce our veterinary service. The poultry team is serving over 85% of local poultry farms in Hong Kong, by providing various laboratory tests, post mortems, and farm management recommendations to the local farmers. More than 80% of the local poultry farms are joining our Poultry Health Assurance Scheme for regular sampling in chicken, environment and performance analysis to tailor made individual improvement protocol for each farms to promote disease prevention, animal welfare and farm performance.
