The Named Professorship Scheme of City University of Hong Kong (CityU) is part of our commitment to excellence in research and professional education for the benefit of society. The Scheme seeks to attract world-class scholars to advance research and professional education at the University.
Named professorships represent the highest honour that a university can bestow upon her academic. It is also a lasting tribute to the donor who establishes the endowment or financially supports the Scheme. The donor’s name is henceforth prominently associated with the Named Professorship holder.
