The School of Law hosted a public lecture with foreign ministry official Mr Hu Zhiqiang speaking about international treaties in Hong Kong and its relationship with the mainland’s legal system.
The first lecture of the Humanities Lecture Series featured Professor Zhang Longxi, Chair Professor of Comparative Literature and Translation, addressing the perceived gap between science and the humanities and the East and West, on 15 September.
As part of the Eminent Speakers Lecture Series, the School of Law hosted a lecture, “From US Issues to Global Financial Reforms, featuring The Hon Ronald Arculli, who shared insights on global reform measures.
