CityU Exhibition Gallery was named the “Indra and Harry Banga Gallery” on 5 November in appreciation of the support and generous donation made by Mr and Mrs Banga.

CityU joined forces with The Better Hong Kong Foundation, the Central Policy Unit, the Federation of Hong Kong Industries and the Chinese Manufacturers' Association of Hong Kong to hold a forum on the Pearl River Delta development plan on 27 March.

CityU featured prominently in The Exhibition of the 425th Anniversary of Cambridge University Press and the 800th Anniversary of the University of Cambridge. Professor Way Kuo, University President, delivered a speech as a guest of honour.
