If you have forgotten your password, you may reset the password:

Online

If you have set up security questions in AIMS, you may reset your password at the following URL:

• Staff Reset Password
• Student Reset Password
• Alumni Reset Password

In-person

Staff and Students may visit the IT Service Desk in person with their staff/student identity cards. For Alumni, please contact the Alumni Relation Office instead.

via CSC Work Request

Staff members may reset the password of their secondary accounts by raising an online CSC Work Request (via their department's General Office) to the CSC.
